Power outages still plague parts of the country sides in certain areas of Iraq although infrastructural repairs continue at a rapid pace.

Well I'm a sympathyser as well but, a little ribbing never hurt anyone. Heck we Americans get it all the time so why not dish out some of our own now and then?
