Arraignment Was Clearly Staged

Michael Jackson appeared in the San Maria Court, in Santa Barbara County, today for arraignment and was imediately reprimanded for being 21 minutes late. The judge, clearly annoyed with Jackson for holding up court proceedings, admonished him that he was indeed starting off on the wrong foot. Jackson's attorneys made their apologies to the court and assured the judge that it would not happen again.
About 500 Jackson supporters had arrived at the court house, some as early as 3:00 A.M. it was said. They played music and waved banners and also passed out t-shirts. The crowed cheered loudly as the Jackson "love caravan" drove up with Michael. Sporting the usual black umbrela, and with members of the Nation of Islam, securing him on either side, Michael greeted some of the fans who had gathered there as he ever so slowly made his way into the court house.
Though the arraignment lasted but a few minutes, Michael disrupted the proceedings to excuse himself to go to the restroom. Seems everyone in the court room, encluding reporters, wanted to accompany him. This infuriated the judge all the more and he instructed that he control his liquid intake before his next court appearance.
A hearing was set for February 13th and the judge also slapped a gag order on everyone involved in the case.
After the arraignment, Michael surprised everyone with a free side show by leaping to the top of his SUV and dancing himself a little jig.
Michael must have an excellent doctor. Just about three weeks ago, on 60 Minutes, he was complaining that the police had dislocated his shoulder during his arrest and that he couldn't lift his arm. Now some are wondering if he will say that there was poo-poo all over the walls of the court house restroom as he claimed he had experienced at the facilities of the police station.

It was quite obvious that this whole arraignment thing was clearly staged. The Jackson clan wanted to turn the day into a big circus so that they can later, try to manipulate the court into moving the venue to another city or county. More than likely L.A. County. Hopefully the court will stand it's ground and not allow this to happen.
Wheather guilty or not, Jackson, with his disrespectful actions, is treading dangerous ground. Especially when taking into consideration that he could be facing some 20 years or more in prison.
