FACE OF A MURDERER?

CLARENCE ELKINS

Mr. Elkins,
convicted for the murder and rape of his own mother-in-law, has now been incarcerated for five years. Though there was not one shred of physical evidence presented to the Akron, Ohio court. A jury found him to be guilty as charged and sentenced him to life in prison.
HERE ARE THE FACTS

According to witnesses, Mr. Elkins who lived some 45 miles away from the home of his mother-in-law, had just 2 hours to drive the 45 miles, from a local neighborhood bar, and after consuming approxamately 10-12 beers, to reach his mother-in-law's home.

(I myself live about 45 miles from my mother's home and I know it takes me just under an hour to drive there.)

Many folks at the bar testified that they had seen Clarence in the bar that night and that he had left just before closing, which in Ohio is 2:30 A.M.
Then Mr. Elkins would had to have raped his mother-in-law and small neese, then murder his mother-in-law, and drive another 45 miles back to his home, where his wife and 2 boys were.
Well Mrs. Elkins was at home and she was up with their son who had been ill. She told the jury that her husband got home right around 2:30 or shortly after and went to bed just before 3:30 A.M.

Could Clarence have driven some 90 miles after drinking 10 beers or more and done these crimes and have gotten back home in 2 hours?

The next morning, police came to their home and, arrested Clarence for these atrocities.
However, isn't it strange that they found no blood on his shoes or cloths? There was no blood found in his vehicle either. Though many acticals at the crime scene were removed and examined, there was nothing what-so-ever to link Mr. Elkins to this crime.

The Elkins family has spent some $100,000 on Clarence's defense. They are still trying to raise $30,000 more to run more DNA which will finally clear Mr. Elkins. Scrapings from Judith's nails have never had DNA testing. Thankfully about half of the money needed has already been raised for Clarence and only another $15,000 is needed.
