A Spin-off of Jamie Burnside

After reading and artical written by Jamie Burnside entitled, "McDonold's Breakfast," (see link below,) it reminded me of a recent experience that I had a few weeks ago when visiting the drive-thru of a McDonalds restaurant. I was on my way to work and also had a co-worker riding along with me. We happened to pull up when there was no line at all, which was nice for a change. No sooner than I could bring my car to a stop, the drive-thru attendant comes over the speaker and says, "go ahead with your order." I told her I would need a second to decide what I wanted.
I then asked my friend if he knew what he wanted. He started to tell me when again the attendant says, "go ahead with your order." So I go ahead and told her what my friend was wanting to order, and she says, "that'll be $5.29, pull on around." Then I had to inform her that I wasn't done ordering. "Well I do have another order for you," I told her.
She must have turned off her head set bt then though because, there was no response. So I pulled on up to the next window and told her that I had another order.
She rolls her eyes at me then asks abruptly, "and what is that,?" I told her that she seemed to be in too big of a hurry.
"I ain't in no hurry, now would you like something else?" I went ahead and gave her the rest of my order and then gave her the money and pulled ahead.
An older lady who looked like the manager was working the next window where they dish the food out to you, so I asked her if she was the manager and she cinfirmed that she was. I told her that she may want to think about replacing the young lady that she had working the drive-thru with someone who could better deal with your customers. Thats about the time the drive-thru girl walked up to hear the conversation.
"What was the problem," the manager lady enquired?
I told her, "Well, the girl just seemed to be trying to rush me with the order, I mean I pulled up to the menu board and she told me to go ahead with my order before I had even came to a complete stop in the car and she didn't even say, "welcome to McDonalds," don't you all welcome your customers anymore? She just seemed to have a bit of a negitive attitude."
"Oh, whatever, whatever," the girl started saying.
"See there what I mean," I asked the manager?
The manager didn't say anything at all, she just handed me the food and goes, "well theres your order sir."
Thats when I really became ticked. I told her, "No, no on second thought... just let me have the money back, I'll go across the street to Ralleys and eat, we'll see if they appreciate their customers any better over there."
So, she gave me the money back and I, you might say, left her standing there holding the bag. By the way, ralleys was excellent. The food was good and hot and the service was lovely. GCJ

Looks like some examples of the young, ill-educated that poi dog talked about. Haven't you people ever heard of treating others the way you wish to be treated?! Jordan and David, if you actually did those things, I hope you get violently ill from something you eat some day! Nasty, poor excuses for human beings. Your parents must be so proud.
